Contractor Builder Designer Sales
Boulevard Home is looking for a highly motivated and creative Sales Designer to join our Design Team located at our St. George Store. You will be working closely with contractor builders and customers to deliver exceptional furniture and flooring interior design solutions for their homes.
Skills:
• Previous design experience is a must. Having prior flooring and furniture experience would be preferred, but is not required in this position.
• A strong willingness to learn as you will need to gain the product knowledge necessary to sell all of our flooring products.
• Having an understanding of building and construction process would help you in this position, but is not required.
• Be able to build long lasting relationships with builders/contractors and strive toward 100% customer satisfaction will be key for your success in this position.
• This position will require you to go off site to meet with builders and contractors when working on projects.
• Being proficient with numbers will be needed as you will be doing measurements in homes to put together bids and estimates.
• You will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere and display a positive attitude toward your fellow team members and contractors.
• Possessing excellent communication, being self-motivated and having the drive to gain new business will be essential to your success in this position.
• Having proficient computers skills to be able to look up inventory, write up sales orders, and navigate the various company computer programs will be needed.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday – Friday. You will need to be able to work an 8-hour shift between 8 am - 6 pm and be able to work some Saturdays and all Holidays.
• $45,000 - $150,000 (Commission with guarantee)
