Guest Services
Skills needed:
• You will need to have strong phone, computer, and communication skills as you work with our guest and team members on a daily basis with purchases and answering questions.
• You must have a basic knowledge of clerical/cashier skills as you will be writing up sales and taking payments from guests on a daily basis.
• You will need to have good computer skills as you will be looking up customers accounts. Also having knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets would be helpful.
• Having good customer service skills will be key in this position to help you take care of our guests and provide them with a positive shopping experience. As well as maintain knowledge of our current promotions to better help our guests when purchasing their items.
• You will need to be friendly, reliable, and will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere.
• At times this position will require you to travel to our Cedar City and Mesquite locations to support their guest services Team Member. This will require you to have a valid drivers license and may at times require your own transportation if a company vehicle is not available.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday – Saturday with Sunday and another day off during the week working from 10am-7pm.
Salary:
• $16
• $750 hiring incentive paid throughout the first year
