Quality Assurance

Boulevard Home is looking for a detail oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team located at our Distribution Center in Hurricane. This position is a vital step before merchandise is delivered to our guests as you will be unboxing, inspecting, and cleaning furniture and appliances before they are delivered, making sure all items are in great condition for our customers. Being a team player will help you be successful in this position as you also assist our Will Call and Receiving Team with customer pick-ups and unloading new product.

Skills needed:
• You will need to be detail oriented as you be un-boxing, tagging, inspecting, and cleaning furniture and appliances that will be delivered to our customers. You will also be verifying serial numbers where accuracy is vital.

• You will need to have the ability to lift heavy furniture and appliances during your whole shift as you will be pulling product from the racks, loading product into customers’ vehicles, and unloading new shipments.

• Having mechanical knowledge including the use of tools and equipment will be beneficial to you when un-boxing and inspecting furniture and appliances. As well as making good judgment and following all company safety procedures.

• You must be able to work in a team atmosphere as you will be assisting our Will Call department with customer pick-ups, as well as our Receiving team with unloading new product.

• You will need to understand computers to maintain inventory accuracy when moving merchandise location.

• You will need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills and customer service skills as you will be working with other team members and customers on a daily basis.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday - Saturday with Sunday and another day off during the week working from 9am-6pm.

Salary:
• $18-20 per hour DOE
