Store Inventory

Boulevard Home is looking for applicants to join our Inventory team who are very detail oriented and who are great at working with numbers.

Skills needed:
• You will need to be detail-oriented as you will primarily spend your time around the store(s) performing physical inventories. This entails generating reports that detail what the system says we should have, locating the items that we do have, and researching the items that are missing or extra, and adjusting inventory accordingly.

• You will need to be able to lift at least 50lbs as you will often assist with receiving shipments into the store like, rugs, plants, Fed-EX, UPS, accessories, etc.

• You will need to be proficient on computers and learn systems quickly.

• You will cross train in other departments to help them better understand how to identify and prevent inventory issues.

• It is important to be a self-starter to complete all tasks that need to be done during the day, week, month, or year.

• It is important to be flexible as the priorities frequently shift. You may be pulled away from a current task to help the team complete an urgent task elsewhere.

• You must be a team player as you will be working with all departments in the company. You will primarily perform physicals independently but will often work with others on group physicals.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday. We are flexible for the 8 hour shift to be worked between 7am-6pm.

Salary:
• $18 per hour
• $750 hiring incentive paid throughout the first year
