Delivery Coordinator

Boulevard Home is looking for a detail oriented individual to join our Delivery Team as a Coordinator at our Distribution Center which is just off the Hurricane Exit only 15 minutes away from our St. George Store. Our Delivery Coordinators ensure that our deliveries for furniture, appliances and mattresses run smoothly as this is very vital to provide our BlvdHome experience and will require you to be organized and be comfortable on the computer. We are looking for someone we can multi-task and work with various types of people as you assist customers and team members each day.

Skills needed:
• In this position you must have great computer skills as you will be working on our 2 computer systems and google suit on a daily basis.

• You must have good customer service and people skills and be comfortable talking with customers in good and difficult situations.

• You will need to be organized, detail oriented in your work and be able to multi-task. The work will include, but it not limited to: Answering phone calls from sales team members, customers and delivery drivers. Entering in delivery information based on drivers notes, and working with different departments to resolve issues.

• You will need to be able to adapt to many different situations that may arise during the day, and be able to work under pressure.

• You will also need to have great phone skills as you will be answering and making many calls during the day as you work with customers and team members.

• Being able to work well in a team is a must as you will be working with various drivers, team members, and customers each day.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a three-week rotation shift allowing you to only work 4 days a week as you will be working a 10 hour shift from 7am-6pm. You will always have Sundays off and every 3 weeks you will have 5 days off. Week 1- Mon-Thurs, Week 2: Wed-Sat, Week 3: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat.

Salary:
• $20 per hour plus DOE
• $750 hiring incentive paid throughout the first year
