Mesquite Guest Services

Boulevard Home is looking for a detail oriented and organized individual to join our Guest Services team at our Mesquite store. You must have great customer service skills in order to provide our guests with a positive experience in person and over the phone. Maintaining knowledge of what finance options we offer, current promotions and having basic clerical skills such as counting cash, taking payments, and writing up sales will also help you be successful in this position.

Skills:
• You will need to have strong phone, computer and communication skills as you work with our guests and team members on a daily basis. This will require you to be very comfortable on computers and having a knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets would be helpful.

• You must have a basic knowledge of clerical/cashier skills as you will be writing up sales and taking payment from guests.

• Having good customer service skills will be key in this position to help you take care of our guests and provide them with a positive shopping experience. As well as maintaining knowledge of our current promotions to better help our guests when purchasing their items.

• Being friendly, reliable and able to work in a team atmosphere will be key for your success in this position. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• This position will include helping with some cleaning of the store including vacuuming, dusting, trashes and bathrooms as well as assisting the Store Team Leader with many daily tasks.

Schedule
This is a part-time position working Monday-Saturday with Sunday and another day off during the week. Working a 6 hour shift between the hours of 9am-6pm. Other days and hours during Holidays and Sales will also be required.

Salary:
• $15 per hour plus spiffs
• $750 hiring incentive paid throughout the first year
