Contractor Builder Sales Assistant
Boulevard Home is looking for someone who is all about the details and organization, to join our Contractor Builder Appliance team located at our Store in St. George. Having strong phone, computer, communication and interpersonal skills will benefit you in this position as you will be working with the sales team and other team members on a daily basis.
Skills Needed:
• Being very detail oriented is key in this position as you will be preparing and sending out quotes to contractors and writing up sales orders and ensuring sales orders are completed and paid for prior to delivery.
• Need to be very organized. Follow up and follow through are essential to ensure our customers are taken care of.
• You will need to be able to work with a diverse group of people as you will be coordinating appointments with sales team and contractors and scheduling deliveries with the CB Delivery team. You will also be working with home owners on occasion on the sales floor as they come in to look at product.
• Communicating in a timely manner and clearly will be clear when contacting vendor reps to follow up on ETA of product and purchase orders.
• Having worked with and being proficient with computers will be required as you will be working on our NetSuite computer system helping manage the sales team Sold Not Delivered list, creating/managing spreadsheets and other things needed to prepare and send quotes to contractors. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and be able to learn other systems such as Paylocity, Discord and NetSuite.
• You will need to have a positive attitude and be a team player as you will be working with sales and guests inside the store, but will also at times go out to homes to ensure they are ready for delivery and installation.
• You will need to be able to work alone and be self-motivated, but also work well within a cohesive team.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday – Friday working from 9am-6pm. Including Holidays.
