Finance/Collector

Boulevard Home is looking for a detail oriented and organized individual to join our Finance team at our St. George store. You must have great customer service skills in order to provide our guests with a positive financing experience and to help improve their financial well-being with us here at BlvdHome. Maintaining knowledge of what finance options we offer and having basic clerical skills such as counting cash, taking payments, and writing up sale orders will also help you be successful in this position.

Skills needed:
• Having previous experience in lending and/or collecting would be preferred.

• Being able to identify and discuss the financial needs of new and existing guests and maintaining knowledge of the finance options we offer here at BlvdHome to present guests with potential buying options will help aid you in your success in this position.

• You will need to have good phone skills and have the ability to be patient as they work with our guests and team members explaining finance options and statements over the phone and face to face.

• You will need to be very organized and have great communication skills as you assist your fellow team members and guests on a daily basis.

• You will need to be very reliable, friendly and be able to work in a team atmosphere in a professional manner as you will be assisting Guest Services in writing up sales, taking payments, answering phones, etc.

• You must have computer and typing skills as you will be writing up credits, cancellations, taking payments and looking up information on NetSuite. You will need to know several other computer programs including Gmail, Google Drive, Paylocity, Discord and other platforms.

• At times you will need to assist in repossessing items and will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This will also require you to be able to drive company vehicles. Must have a valid drivers license.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday – Saturday with Sunday and another day off during the week working an 8 hour shift between 10am-7pm.

Salary:
• $18/hr plus spiffs
